Edo serves up honest and simplistic Japanese dishes such as bento and Katsu, but most visitors rave about their fantastic sushi, nigiri and sashimi. As well as the traditional nigiri and rolls, Edo also serve up some modern signature maki rolls such as Exotic California, Chicken Teriyaki & Cucumber Roll. Also, the back of the restaurant have the traditional Japanese low seating, chabudai.
