Home Purchase
1. Choose Your New Home
Our team will closely assist you in narrowing down your search and presenting the best options aligned with your goals. With personalized guidance, we simplify the process for an efficient experience.
2. Pay Your Reservation
To reserve your property, you will require a reservation fee from 2,500 GBP to 5,000 GBP varying based on the selected property
3. Instruct Your Solicitor
We can work with your preferred solicitor or provide several options of reputable firms which we have entrusted our clients with in the past
4. Exchange Contracts
During contract exchange, you have 28 days to finalize details. To secure your new home, a 20% payment is required. Our team will provide transparent guidance for a successful purchase.
5. Arrange Your Mortgage
Approximately 4 to 6 months before your completion, our dedicated team will begin the formal mortgage application process with you and your preferred mortgage service provider.
6. Welcome home
30 days before your move-in date, we will coordinate the final steps with your mortgage provider, solicitor, and key collection method. If you are interested in lettings we can arrange appointments with letting agents.
