The Adega – meaning ‘wine cellar’ in Portuguese – is the project of brothers Carlos and Luis Silva bringing their skills together in a Portuguese family-run Tapas restaurant. Serving Iberian Tapas, a mix between the Spanish and Portuguese side of the Southern Europe.
