Chef Saiphin’s passion for authentic Thai food in a relaxed atmosphere led her to open the firs Rosa’s Cafe. Now there near 30 locations all across the UK. Growing up on a mountain farm in Khao Kho in northern Thailand, she brings to London the flavours of South East Asia through passed-down and her own inventive recipes. Apart from serving her hometown favourites, Rosa’s also sells homemade sauces and pastes and Saiphin’s cookbook.
