The delicious, high-quality meals at The Clink Restaurant at HMP Brixton are cooked and served by the prisoners in training who are working towards gaining their City & Guilds NVQs in Food & Beverage Service, Professional Cookery and Food Hygiene. Situated in the old governor’s house dating back to 1819, the air-conditioned restaurant allows prisoners to learn, engage with the public and take their first steps towards a new life. The Clink Restaurant at HMP Brixton is consistently placed in the Top 10 restaurants in London on TripAdvisor, and in 2017 all of their restaurants held the Number 1 spot for six months. All tables must be pre-booked 72 hours before the arrival time.
