After a decade working in top restaurants across London, restaurant manager Rodrigo Alarcon and head chef Artan Gjinaj joined forces to build their own food dream, Latitude. The interior of the restaurant echos the sustainability values, using scaffolding wood, rusty pipes, second hand lights, donated equipment and reclaimed wood. The menu is also eco-concscious with locally sourced ingredients prepared in a modern European style.
