British Heart Foundation has had vision of a world fear-free of heart and circulatory diseases. Saving lives with scienece, they have been funding advancements and studies since 1961. Heart transplants, pacemakers, portable defibrillator and valve replacement are all breakthroughs they have had to help the community.
