Inspired by the pace and diversity of Bangkok which is known to create bold and new flavours with a constantly changing and evolving dining scene, Kim + Deum brings that energy and food to London. Bringing favourite ancient nourishing Thai recipes to the city, guests will be presented with new discoveries and dishes, all created mindfully for the pleasures of their well being. The menu is paired with local Thai drinks and plant tonics, often enjoyed side by side with meals, while the cocktail recipes are from the restaurant’s favourite bars in Bangkok, and the winelist lovingly curated by friends and locals in Bermondsey.
